Playing Piano

We are so looking forward to seeing all our pupils again after a very LONG lockdown. We have taken a lot of measures to ensure our lessons can continue with social distancing and we can't wait to talk in person to our pupils and enjoy making music again! Each school and parent will approach this unusual situation very differently and indeed we have taken a different approach for each instrument. We have made provisions for a return to face to face lessons and a continuation of online lessons for those who need it.

At Banbridge School of Music we offer music lessons on piano, guitar, drums and all brass instruments.
We provide high quality, fun music lessons. Our aim is to enthuse every child we meet so that they can fulfil their musical potential.
We offer many different opportunities to perform in groups and as soloists. We also enter pupils to LCM, ABRSM, Trinity College, RGT and Rockschool exams.

Our fantastic pupils, socially distanced but playing Rescue Me together.

November 2020

We are delighted to be back teaching in almost all of our schools and what a long wait it has been to see you all! Our private face to face lessons have been running smoothly and we are seeing some great progress. We have been working hard to put in place the new measures we hope will make you feel more confident coming to see us! We have a new look studio with the relevant social distancing measures and a Zoom studio for anyone who, for whatever reason, can't actually make it to us.  We cannot yet plan for concerts as normal so we aim to use more online forums to play together.

If you are interested in lessons in any of the schools we teach in please get in touch.  We offer lessons in Bridge Integrated Primary, Ballydown Primary, Edenderry Primary, Bronte Primary, Drumadonnell Primary, Portadown Integrated Primary, Dromore High, New-Bridge Integrated College and Banbridge Academy.
